Ahhh, THAT explains it.
When my scroll bar goes crazy and the windows start scrolling up and down, I'm getting an incoming call or text on my mobile phone.
Glad that mystery's been sorted out now. At least it doesn't cause snowstorm static like it did on Reading Uni's PCs.
Wow - and you actually get the scrolly thing 5 seconds BEFORE the text officially arrives. Cool!
